What are some illegal car accessories? (i need it for a drivers ed project)?

Tinted headlights are illegal. also neon under the car is normally illegal. In some states it is illegal to tint the front window, and in some the from diver and passenger windows.

Racing slicks, sirens (unless you are a volunteer firefighter), red or blue lights on the front of the car (unless you have a reason for them).

Flame thrower and .50 caliber machine guns.
Also those fuzzy dice that hang from your rear view mirror. Clearly illegal in California.
