I am about to buy a trunk tray and all-season floor mats from a seller on eBay. As they state that the accessories are OEM, but they are Honda dealership, I have no idea what the difference between what the difference between genuine and OEM they offer. The price is almost half off. Would it be worth buying the OEM ones if they are not exact the same as the genuine ones?

I found a private seller online that has a car part that i want, he is accpeting a cash offer, and wants me to wire the money to him. We both live in the same state, and he has it listed on ebay auction. I was wondering what is the safest way to make this deal without having to give him the money and not get the parts he promised. This may or may not be a stupid question!! But I have an Audi A4 that REVs too high compared to other comparable… Is it possible (or even worth) changing/resetting the computer to help the gear ratios?

If its possible, is it best to get a mechanic to do the job or can any smart minded person do the job?

I am looking to purchase one but I have heard there are a lot of hidden cost and just regular maintenance can be pretty high. Also, I have heard Audi’s do not have a resell value and suffer from mechanical problems.

Any ideas? Any information would be appreciated.
