Im selling my ‘98 Buick for $4000 and I received a trade offer for a 2000 BMW 328i, but it doesnt run because of the blown head gaskets.

My 3 series has an intermittent wiper problem and I have been told to go to bmw so they can plug into the ecu and diagnose the fault…

So I dont get ripped off can anyone tell me roughly what is a fair price for simply diagnosing the fault please?
