Do racing teams still put out free tires and car parts after races in Mooresville?

I had heard that they do, and they must because of all the parts that you can see for sale on eby, but what time is the best to go out and get them. Do you just sit in your car and “stalk” racing teams when they return on Monday or Tuesday?
